The 2012 ED's Pre-Nominations Awards Ballot

For the fourth year in a row, ED Publications will be utilizing this online, pre-nominations ballot to help determine which adult nightclubs and feature entertainers will make the final ED's Adult Nightclubs & Exotic Dancer Awards Ballot.  This pre-nominations ballot will be live until May 31st; shortly thereafter, the ED's 2012 Awards Final Ballot will be posted online, and the winners will be announced at the 20th Annual Gentlemen's Club Owners EXPO—the "Reunion" EXPO—at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas (Aug. 26-29; register here to attend).  The 15th Annual Adult Nightclub & Exotic Dancer Awards Show will be held on Tuesday, August 28 (details on venue and host TBA). NOTE: All paid EXPO attendees will each receive one (1) complimentary Awards Show ticket!

Continuing the awards for "small clubs" and Miss ExoticDancer.com!

The ED’s Awards Show will continue to celebrate the “small” club! While it may seem that the “big” guys get all the attention, we at ED Publications know that the “small” club—those under 5,000 square feet—make up the bulk of adult nightclubs across the country.  To illustrate that point, we’re once again presenting two awards for each of our five award regions; one will be for the “large” clubs in the major markets, and one will be for “small” clubs in both major and smaller markets.  

We will also be continuing the presentation of the Miss ExoticDancer.com Award. Each feature entertainer who has been a Miss ExoticDancer.com of the month (starting with September 2011) will be eligible to win, and will appear on the Final Ballot.

The ED's Awards Regions

In order to allow room for the new “small” club awards (because no one wants a three-hour awards show!), we consolidated our six award regions into five in 2011.  Please reference the color-coded map, as it defines the five regions as Northeast (Region 1: Green), Southeast (Region 2: Blue), Midwest (Region 3, formerly Mideast: Red), Central (Region 4: Beige) and West (Region 5, combining Northwest and Southwest: Purple).

• Region 1 Club of the Year / Northeast
• Region 1 "Small Club" of the Year / Northeast (5,000 square feet or under)
• Region 2 Club of the Year / Southeast
• Region 2 "Small Club" of the Year / Southeast (5,000 square feet or under)
• Region 3 Club of the Year / Midwest
• Region 3 "Small Club" of the Year / Midwest (5,000 square feet or under)
• Region 4 Club of the Year / Central
• Region 4 "Small Club" of the Year / Central (5,000 square feet or under)
• Region 5 Club of the Year / West
• Region 5 "Small Club" of the Year / West (5,000 square feet or under)
• "Feature" Club of the Year (those clubs who book feature entertainers at least once per month)
• Overall Gentlemen's Club of the Year (the best adult nightclub in the country)

ENTERTAINER AWARDS:

• Overall Entertainer of the Year
  (the industry's best feature entertainer)
• Newcomer Entertainer of the Year
  (feature entertainers who have been touring for less than two years)
• Adult Movie Entertainer of the Year
  (feature entertainers who also do adult film)
• Club Favorite Entertainer of the Year
  (feature entertainers who are consistently re-booked due to their performance and professional attitude)
